Shipping Policy

How fast will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), are generally shipped the same business day. For example, place your order with FedEx Overnight by 2 PM on a Thursday to receive your order by Friday.

Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time, and orders placed on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order placed after 2 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

If product availability or shipper issues create a shipping delay, we will notify you.

Shipping methods

FedEx is our preferred shipping method. Pik Rite's online store ships to all 50 states via FedEx Overnight and Ground.

Oversized items ship via common carrier. For oversized items shipping outside the contiguous United States, contact Parts Sales at 800-326-9763 or sales@pikrite.com.

Orders shipping to international locations are placed through Parts Sales at 800-326-9763 or sales@pikrite.com.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are determined by shipping service, destination, and weight. Your actual shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Holidays

Pik Rite and FedEx are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please take these holidays into account when estimating order arrival. Orders placed on these days will be shipped the next business day.

Delays

If product availability or shipper issues create a shipping delay, we will notify you. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather; please check directly with FedEx if your package has been delayed.
