Refund policy

Authorization is required for any return. Authorization may only be granted within 30 days of order. Product returned for any reason other than (1) an error by the shipper or (2) damage during transit will result in a 30% restock fee. Such orders shall be returned at the expense of the customer. Original packing must be retained. Customer MUST inspect each delivery for damage. For freight shipments, no refunds will be given for damaged orders if it is not noted on the receiving BOL. Orders that incur damage during shipment will be remedied through a claims process. Certain special order products may not be returnable, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
